A man who admitted resisting police and being drunk and disorderly has been sent to jail.
39 year old Gavin Royston Organ of Drury Terrace in Douglas appeared before magistrates for sentencing this week.
The court heard he'd struggled with officers in the early hours of April 8 last year, threatening to burn an officer's house down, and was arrested again on August 6 after refusing to leave Bordello nightclub in Douglas.
He'd originally pleaded not guilty to both offences - magistrates sent him to prison for 20 weeks.
