A man's been fined after he was found with ecstasy in Douglas before obstructing police officers.
Samuel Corkill of Athol Street in Port St Mary appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
The 37 year old admitted possessing ecstasy and obstructing a drug search in Duke Street on March 17.
Corkill resisted a police search and ran off before being caught in Walpole Avenue with ecstasy tablets.
He was fined a total of £1,000 and ordered to pay £125 costs.
