Shaun Michael Woods of Saddle Road in Douglas appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse.
The 28 year old admitted possessing class A and B drugs on April 15 and April 26 this year.
Prosecutor, Rebecca Cubbon told the court police raided his address on April 15 and found drugs worth more than £250, before being arrested again less than two weeks later.
He was fined £1,200 and ordered to pay £100 costs.
