A man from Peel has been charged with six counts of possessing, making or publishing over 270 indecent images of children.
The charges against 22-year-old Daniel Edward Kelly stem back to 2012 and 2013
He appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse yesterday - no pleas were entered.
The case has now been adjourned for two weeks so the material – 271 images and six movies – can be graded.
Mr Kelly will next appear in court of May 20th where it will be decided on where to hear his case - in the meantime he has been bailed.
