A man's been bailed after a court heard he threw a woman to the ground during an argument in a Douglas pub.
Stephen Graham Whittaker of Circular Road in Douglas appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse.
The 27 year old admitted using disorderly behaviour on licensed premises at the Rosemount on Woodbourne Road in Douglas on December 20.
Prosecutor Rebecca Cubbon told the court he was asked to leave the pub after staff saw him grabbing a woman and throwing her to the floor - she didn't make a complaint of assault to police.
Mrs Hughes bailed him in the sum of £500 to appear in court again on February 8.
