A man’s been committed to a Court of General Gaol Delivery, accused of raping a woman at gunpoint.
Toby Wood of the Edremony Estate in Port Erin appeared via a live video link from the Isle of Man Prison before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse.
He hasn’t yet entered a plea to one charge of rape on land near the Ballamaddrell Estate on November 7.
There was no bail application and Mrs Hughes committed him to the higher court, where he’s due to appear on a date to be fixed
