A man and woman have been seriously injured after a crash in Foxdale.
It's been confirmed that the female is 20 years old and sustained facial and arm injuries, the 34 year old male sustained a broken arm and leg aswell as foot injuries.At about 7:10PM last night the female driving a car collided with the man on a motorbike at the junction of Foxdale Road and Grenaby Road just before the top entrance to Silverdale Glen.
All of the emergency services attended the scene. The road was closed from
the junction of the Phildraw road and the Ballamodha road down to the cross 4 ways for over 3 hours.
Both were treated for serious injuries in hospital.
Police are investigating and are urging any witnesses to come forward.
