The area surrounding Liverpool's Isle of Man Ferry Terminal could be transformed under major regeneration plans now out for public consultation.
The proposals cover 174 hectares of Liverpool's North Docks, stretching north from the Princes Half Tide Dock ferry terminal towards Everton's new Hill Dickinson Stadium.
If approved, the plans would pave the way for up to 17,000 new homes, commercial developments and new public spaces, with a Mayoral Development Corporation overseeing the regeneration.
The consultation runs until August 14, with a final decision to follow once feedback has been considered.
