The man tasked with reviewing Tynwald and recommending options on how to reform it says he wants the exercise to be as "open and accessible" as possible:
Lord Lisvane is entering the second week of hearing evidence as he examines the functions of the branches of the Island's parliamentary set-up.
This week he's due to hear from a number of MHKs and MLCs as well as the Clerk of Tynwald.
