Staff at an airline that flies from the Isle of Man to destinations across the UK will be balloted over possible industrial action.
Loganair cabin crew have rejected a final pay offer from the company, and Unite the Union says they'll now consider strike action.
The ballot is due to open on Thursday, October 8 and close on Tuesday, October 27.
The airline flies to Heathrow, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Liverpool, Manchester and Newquay from Ronaldsway Airport.
