Castletown commissioners will set up a committee to undo what they call a decade of underfunding and neglect in the town.
At a meeting yesterday, members discussed establishing the Castletown Business and Services Committee.
It would aim to bring together government departments, the local authority and constituency MHKs to help improve the ancient capital.
Commissioners voted to approve setting up the body.
