Douglas Coastguard was called out in the early hours of this morning to assist with an urgent medical transfer to the UK.
The team attended Noble's Hospital helipad alongside the Isle of Man Ambulance Service and Air Ambulance Service.
Coastguard helicopter Rescue 336 arrived at around 2.10am on Wednesday, October 7, departing shortly after 2.40am.
The patient was flown to the UK, with no further details released at this time.
