Local blogger to appear on BBC show

An Island blogger is set to star in a prestigious BBC gardening programme.

Tanya Anderson will be appearing on 'Gardeners World' and team up with presenter Frances Tophill to discuss growing skin care herbs at a personal allotment to then use the ingredients to create beauty recipes.

American-born Tanya, who owns 'Lovely Greens' in Laxey, moved to the Island in 2010 and her business also involves s YouTube channel, creative workshops and a DIY blog.

The episode will air on BBC Two on Wednesday, July 17, from 9pm.
