Life on £1 a day isn’t easy.
That’s the message from the One World Centre – which is coordinating the local ‘Live Below the Line’ initiative.
The global project is an effort to understand the restraints of extreme poverty – with 1.2 billion people in the world surviving on the meagre sum.
Director Rosemary Clarke says for those taking part it continues to be a tough journey:
