The new Isle of Man Ferry Terminal in Liverpool is expected to be completed in June 2023.
It comes as government has shared new pictures of progress at the site, with work now being done on the security and check in buildings.
Work began on the project in 2019, with an original completion date of March 2021, which was then pushed back to 2022, and is now expected to be next summer.
