New plans have been put forward to transform a former pub in Baldrine.
Heron & Brearley has submitted fresh proposals to turn the Liverpool Arms in Main Road from a pub into a residential property.
The Island company had similar plans for the venue rejected last year on appeal.
At the time planning officials said the evidence submitted didn't justify losing the public house and the application didn't demonstrate proof that its current use is no longer commercially viable.
