Schoolchildren on the Isle of Man have received letters from across the globe after a 'red letter day' inspired them to pick up a pen.
Just over a month ago students at Ramsey Grammar School wrote to family, friends and famous people as part of celebrations to mark 70 years of comprehensive education.
Since then they've received letters, parcels, postcards, signed pictures and information packs from their recipients.
Among those who sent responses are Mary Berry and Sue Perkins from the Great British Bake Off, Buckingham Palace, Liverpool Football Club and Lewis Hamilton's racing team.
