Could legislation be brought in to stop people going to work?
It comes as the Chief Minister urged employers to ensure staff are only going into work if 'absolutely essential'.
Mr Quayle said he hoped employers are making the 'right decisions' for both the community and the Island.
However, if anyone thinks their employer is acting unreasonably they can contact worksafe@gov.im
