One of the TT's most acclaimed race team owners, Paul Bird, has died following a short illness.
His PBM team racked up numerous wins at both the TT and Manx Grand Prix, secured eight British Super Bike titles, and enjoyed success at the North West 200, Macau Grand Prix and Daytona 200.
Throughout his time PBM had backed riders such as John McGuinness, Steve Hislop, James Toseland and more recently Glenn Irwin.
In a statement issued by PBM they've requested his family are allowed privacy at this time.
