A Ramsey developer has applied to make amendments to plans to build 31 homes in the new estate in Andreas.
Keldevelopemnts Limited based in Parliament Street has applied for permission to build the houses on Oatlands Road.
The company says it's been asked to build more large detached houses and bungalows at the site.
It's now made a series of planning applications to change a number of properties proposed for the site.
