Isle of Man Energy has launched into an agreement geared toward ensuring extra protection is given to households most in need.
The Vulnerability Commitment will look to help households going through hard times, with financial assistance available via charities affiliated with the scheme, to help customers with their debt issues.
They're appealing to other energy suppliers on Island to join their plight and put robust processes in place to help those that are most in need.
