Policing on the Isle of Man has "improved immeasurably".
That's the message from outgoing police inspector Derek Flint who's leaving the force after being medically retired.
His departure follows a 27 year career which latterly saw him responsible for Operations Support - looking after roads policing, firearms and emergency planning.
He's also been the force's PR and media liaison officer for the last 10 years.
