A young boy who had injured himself was rescued yesterday afternoon.
Peel Coastguard, Port Erin Coastguard and Port Erin Lifeboat were all called to White Beach at Niarbyl just before 2pm,
Once at the scene, paramedics treated the boy, as both coastguard teams safely transferred him to their vehicle.
The boy was then driven back to an awaiting ambulance, which took him to hospital.
