The Island's Infrastructure Minister says the department is 'on track' with £3.5 million plans for a new ferry terminal in Liverpool.
Ray Harmer MHK was asked what progress has been made with the Prince's Half Tide dock proposals by Douglas North Member David Ashford in Tynwald on Tuesday.
Mr Harmer says the project has reached the concept design stage, as land based site investigations and quay wall surveys are complete.
He says the scheme is now working towards developing further designs and submitting a planning application.
