The Infrastructure Minister has high praise for traffic measures in St Marks.
Michelle Haywood was asked to provide an update on traffic management in the area by Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse in the House of Keys.
Dr Haywood says the scheme that was introduced in 2016 had succeeded in achieving its aims of reducing speeds in the area, whilst accommodating farming vehicles.
She says that speeds had reduced in the area from 32mph in 2013 to 26mph in 2020 and emphasised a key reason for the measures:
