Two of the Island's glens will partially close from today for several weeks as improvement works are carried out.
The Department of Environment, Food & Agriculture says upper footpaths at Bishopscourt Glen and Dhoon Glen are being cordoned off whilst efforts to improve footpaths, steps and bridges are carried out.
Officials add the project at Dhoon Glen is expected to take around ten weeks, and around six weeks for the one at Bishopscourt.
The lower sections of both beauty spots will remain open with suitable diversions in place.
