Action has been taken to remedy immediate risks which have been identified at Noble's Hospital.
That's according to the Department of Health and Social Care following the latest report from an independent review team.
The West Midlands Quality Review Service identified risks in the Renal Unit - which reviewers dubbed 'not fit for purpose' - and with screening processes for people who'd had a stroke:
Other risks included the waiting times for ultrasound screening and the fact children were being cared for on adult mental health wards.
