The Island's chief constable has spoken out about the difficulties of policing ‘legal highs’.
As it stands government echoes the UK’s stance on permanently banning drugs - recently extended to temporary bans.
Gary Roberts says the difficulties lie in the steady flow of new substances to replace those which are banned.
He is urging those tempted by them to bear in mind the potentially fatal consequences:
