Tributes are flooding in for local singer and song writer Katherine Crowe, who last night lost her battle with cancer.
Katherine’s upbeat and proactive approach to her illness has inspired thousands.
Since her diagnosis she has staged major concerts, released singles into the charts and more recently penned a children’s book - Denzil the Mouse - all in a bid to raise awareness and provide for her family.
Paying tribute to his wife – her husband described her as “beautiful, inspiring and perfect”.
He said during her last moments she had waited to see the last of her closest friends before “slipping peacefully away”.
