A new £12.6m social housing development has been officially handed over to Douglas Borough Council.
The project, delivered in partnership with Dandara, will provide 66 new apartments on Peel Road.
The two blocks are made up of a mix of one and two bedroom apartments, 20 of which will go to families on the waiting list, and a further 46 families moving from existing accommodation.
Council Leader Claire Wells says it demonstrates the council's 100 per cent commitment to delivering social housing developments for their tenants and listening and responding to residents' needs.
