A woman's had her claim of sex discrimination against an Island pharmacy thrown out.
Danielle Weston-Ford took the case against Kingsley Muti to an employment tribunal claiming unfair dismissal, but chair Douglas Stewart couldn't consider her case because she hadn't worked at the company for 12 months.
She also alleged she'd been treated differently to male colleagues, but the tribunal said that claim was misconceived.
Mr Stewart said the sex discrimination allegations were unproven and the tribunal didn't have the jurisdiction to consider her unfair dismissal complaint.
