A former nursing home in Douglas, which was to be converted into more than 30 apartments, could now be transformed into townhouses.
Site owner Kirindolam 3, which is registered in Lord Street in Douglas, says it wants to create six new properties on the site at Saddle Mews.
It says the four-bedroomed homes would have 12 parking spaces in total and come with solar panels and air source heat pumps.
Previous proposals to create 34 flats were started but later abandoned.
