The Island hospice is hoping singer Gary Barlow can visit them next week.
Hospice Isle of Man are asking if the Take That star can spare some time when he comes to the Island.
The organisation has contacted Mr Barlow over social media.
The Hospice is celebrating its 35th anniversary this year.
