Douglas Horse Trams have won two awards from enthusiasts on a UK website.
The trams, which have been under discussion in Tynwald this week, were voted Tramway of the Year and also won Event of the Year for their 140th anniversary celebrations.
The annual awards are given out by British Trams Online - a website set up by rail fan Gareth Prior in 2002.
The website's users were polled to ask find the winners: the Douglas Bay Horse Tramway won 82 per cent of the votes to be named Tramway of the Year.
