Following a public and political consultation the Department of Home Affairs are to remove three proposed new laws.
A revised Criminal Justice Bill will be presented to Tynwald for Approval before the Summer Recess.

The proposal to establish hate crime as an offence on the Island received a large amount of concerned feedback; as a result the additional changes are now to be dropped.
