A helicopter has crashed near to the 33rd Milestone on the Mountain Road.
Police say the privately owned Bell Jet Ranger came down in the valley just after 9am.
It's believed there was one man, who isn't from the Isle of Man, on-board at the time - there is still no update as to his condition.
There were no other people, vehicles or property involved in the crash - the Mountain Road is currently closed between Ramsey and the Creg Na Baa.
