800 patients were given the survey to complete asking their views on areas like waiting times and how involved they felt in decisions about their treatment and care.
The study looked at care provided by ambulance crews, community nurses, emergency doctors and therapists.
The survey also found that 98% felt listened to and 93% felt cared for.
