Biker Guy Martin has withdrawn from the Southern 100 races next week.
He escaped serious injury during a high speed crash in this years TT. He aimed to make a speedy recovery and wanted to come and regain his southern 100 championship.
He has released a statement saying he is gutted but the medical people have advised him to wait a bit longer in order for his injuries to heal 100%.
He said he will be back on a motorbike as soon as he is fit enough too.
