Government wants to commission emergency housing in the east of the Island - for anyone who finds themselves homeless.
As a result, officials are inviting 'expressions on interest' from those who may be able to help.
The plans include a daytime drop-in service providing shelter and food; and a communal living space as part of a Manx Housing First Support Service.
Anyone interested can register on the government's procurement portal by Monday, October 26.
