Urgent repairs on a major gas leak will see Belmont Hill in Douglas closed to traffic.
The road is closed between the entrance to the Kingdom Hall and the junction with Peel Road - and is likely to be shut until April 15th.
Manx Gas has apologised for the inconvenience but says the safety of the public while the work to locate and fix the leak takes place is of paramount importance.
Access to Belmont Hill from Peel Road will be via Ballakermeen Drive.
