The Isle of Man FA is asking people to take a break from noise and abuse at football games this weekend.
On Saturday, March 14 and Sunday, March 15 it'll mark Silent Support Weekend - an initiative from England Football.
The FA says spectators are welcome to applaud good play, and quiet instruction from coaches will be welcome.
But it adds complaints, referee abuse and parent-coaching can take the weekend off.
