Students undertaking a degree to become paramedics with Manx Care have begun studying in the UK.
Five students have enrolled on the University of Cumbria's Paramedic Science degree course.
Manx Care has teamed up with the university to facilitate the students' training over 18 months to become paramedics on-island - four ambulance staff are involved in the lectures.
Students are due to graduate in the summer of 2026.
