Freedom Travel in Douglas is currently closed amid the collapse this week of Thomas Cook.
Signs up at the Strand Street premises say the closure is whilst the company prioritises customers with existing bookings, are currently in resort or due to travel in the next month.
It added it doesn't feel right to take future bookings at this time and is asking people to be patient whilst it looks to deal with customers as quickly as possible.
Thomas Cook officially went under in the early hours of yesterday morning after failing to generate £200million owed to creditors - as a result it has since cancelled all its flights and holidays.
A major repatriation programme is now underway to bring around 150,000 stranded British tourists home.
