The current lack of engagement on the Freedom of Information Bill is understandable.
That's according to the driving force behind the Bill - the Policy and Reform Minister - who says people appear to be comfortable for government to 'get on' with bringing it forward.
Only eight people responded to the public consultation, and no interested parties attended the second reading of the Bill this week.
It's set to be rolled out in stages from 2016.
