Those living in Onchan, Baldrine and Laxey will be able to take the bus into Douglas for free.
The offer has been launched by the Department of Infrastructure, due to ongoing traffic congestion caused by the one-way system on Douglas promenade.
'Go cards' will have 18 journeys and passengers can use them in the week between 7:30 and 9am in the morning, and 4:30 and 6pm in the afternoons.
Those interested can pop to the Sea Terminal Welcome Centre in Douglas to collect them - but must have proof of identity and address.
The initiative will begin next Monday.
