Four Manx Care anaesthetists have appeared in court charged with manslaughter.
Dr Katherine Mary Teare of Clenagh Road in Sulby, Janos Miklos Palotas of Mwillun Dooahh Terrace in Braddan, Dr Alison Jane Hool of Jacks Lane in Ramsey and Dr Sheila Elizabeth Clarke of the Poachers Pocket in Ballasalla appeared before Deputy High Bailiff James Brooks at Douglas Courthouse.
All are charged with manslaughter on February 4 last year, but none have yet entered pleas.
Mr Brooks said the case would have to be heard in the Court of General Gaol Delivery.
He bailed all four in the sum of £500 to appear in court again on April 27.
