A candidate who lost their seat in September's general election has until Thursday to lodge a security payment for a recount.
Julie Edge took a court case against Onchan's returning officer and the attorney general, claiming dozens of votes were missing when she came third - more than 230 votes behind Rob Callister and almost 400 votes behind Rachel Glover.
In a judgment from Deemster Corlett, she has until 4pm on Thursday, November 5 to pay £500 towards the cost of a recount.
That will take place in the courts on a date to be determined.
