Douglas could be getting a new coffee shop, complete with a children's play area and mini golf.
Contigo Ltd of Summerhill Grove in Douglas has applied for planning permission to transform a warehouse and former stable on Queens Promenade.
The facility would be split over three levels, with toilets and a café space on the ground floor, with a play area and quiet space as well as a Manx-themed indoor mini golf course.
The building is accessed by a lane between the former L'Experience and Mama's Kitchen.
