Police took to social media with the update - following concerns raised by a member of the public in the north of the Island.
The person in question phoned officers with concerns someone was carrying a knife on Lezayre Road in Ramsey.
Officers went to the scene to speak to those involved - saying they're 'happy to confirm' the alleged knife, turned out to actually be a harmless gardening tool.
