The Isle of Man FA is asking people to take a break from noise and abuse at football games this weekend.
On Saturday, March 14 and Sunday, March 15 it'll mark Silent Support Weekend - an initiative from England Football.
The FA says spectators are welcome to applaud good play, and quiet instruction from coaches will be welcome.
But it says it adds complaints, referee abuse and parent-coaching can take the weekend off.
